Feast in the Village

During a dinner in one of the most spectacular medieval city of the French Riviera

Reception at the bottom of the village from 19h30 to 20h30.
Welcome of the guests by our hostesses in medieval dress.
Delivery of a personal explanatory leaflet including a city map with personified logo of the congress
( indicating of the different spots of interest, sites of buffets…)
Welcoming animation at the bottom of the village, waders, tumbler, ladies, jugglers making trips

Taste Pastis and Socca in a medieval atmosphere. Knights and musicians will gets you going.
Animation along the way and at the very top in the exotic garden:
Knights, mercenaries train to the drill with clash and cries, music, buffoonery...

Directing towards the different buffets.
The buffets are scattered in several sites in the village.
Buffets haut de gamme :
- Church's square, little square
- Former residence of William of Sweden
- Nid d'Aigle near the Exotic Garden
- Grill du Château

The conception of the buffets, "provençal" theme, is made by the famous cooker
of the different partners and the manufacture is realised by La Toque d'Azur,
trader with CEE agreement with experience about the important congress

Revolving animations in the different buffets, then concentrated in the
village and in the church's square at the end of the evening: medieval dances,
buffoons, magic and juggling, sword fighting, duels.
Possibility of medieval and fantastic animations, very in vogue:
fantastic creature, elf, magus…

The hostesses stay at the conventioneer's layout for help and advise.
Final at the Church's square. Revive the magic of the Middle Aged :
fire-eater, fights, dances, magic and juggling with a public participation.

Possibility to visit, until the twilight, the exotic garden at the top of Eze with
the most beautiful panorama of the Riviera.

Medieval animations including about thirty artists all selected and knowing this special congress product :
"troubadours" with songs and music of the medieval repertory, Knights' sword fight,
buffoon, wader, fire eater, old dances, puppet show...

Installation of the additional post of lighting.
Renting and installation of shelters structures in numerous buffets' sites (garden, square…)

Various expenses linked to the layout of the village.

Welcoming animation at the bottom of the village:
Mafiosi and incorruptible, smartly dressed women, waders, ancient cars.
Taste Pastis and Socca at the postern with a fair atmosphere.
Vitamin Jazz Band will get you going with their jazz and Charleston rhythms,
at the top of the village, with an unique panorama.

Directing towards the different buffets. Animations on the way
(Charlie Chaplin, boxers, barrel organ, custard tart, photograph, bather)
The buffets are scattered in several sites in the village.
