	*Choose your programme :* The participants will be share out into teams Ready to accept the challenge in the enchanting site of the medieval city		Several workshops depend of the theme Archery Duels are organised in the village to appoint the best bowman. Will you be ready to defend the village against the pirates of barbarossa Baladin & Stilts duel A baladin stay in the village and will entertain the sovereigns Become their assistant and initiate your team with the diabolo and test your sense of balance on the stilts. Tavern "Sèche barrique" Elixir & Quoits duel Enjoy the ambient in the old Tavetns of the Renaissance More points you will get by the game, more glasses of wine will be served to your team. Barrel Organ At "la belle Epoque", in the streets or on the square, you met the entertainer with its barrel Organ, can you recognise the famous melody? The Troubadours' court At the top of the garden with the Mediterranean sea on the background Learn some steps of dance with the troubadours. The Love filter Catarina the Strega mixed her perfume bottles Recognise the different smells and help her to compose this fragrance that had charmed Don Riccio The Game Master In the old residence of the prince of Sweden, you will play against an other team at some mysterious games. Mister Magus sent by your sovereigns, has to test your intuition and deduction… And others challenge … At the end of the afternoon, a little show* will be put on an act with an appetiser*
	The Barberousse 's challenge When he came in Eze in 1543, Barberousse hid the jolly roger of his flagship in the City. He imagined a series of tests to make come back its flag to the worphy.

Wine and drinks making of citrus fruit are typical in the south and they are often hand making.
Test it and appreciate the different taste.

Start learning oenologist techniques, taste several vintage wine with a sommelier, appreciate theirs qualities and compare the soils
